Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, particularly being on the ground floor, were amazing but lacked coffee and tea-making facilities. However, the size of the rooms was a bit small, and being on the third floor without an elevator might not suit those with mobility issues. The service was top-notch, with extremely friendly and efficient staff who made sure our stay was pleasant. The location worked well for us, being close to Mount Royal, the old town, and surrounded by shops and restaurants, although it was a fair distance from the more touristy areas. The dining options were fair, with a decent selection but could have included more variety. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.

The hotel is in a wonderful location, just off busy Sherbrooke, right by the Musée des Beaux Arts, and a short walk to the Plateau de Mont-Royal. The rooms are clean and comfortable but need maintenance to fix holes in walls. The service was helpful and friendly, even though not very forthcoming at times. The dining experience is good but lacks inspiration, though breakfast is offered at no additional charge. The facilities include a nice café for breakfast and visiting with friends. The price is good for the location, offering value for money.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, albeit in need of updating and better cleaning, were suitable for a solo traveler and well-furnished. The service was attentive, with staff being friendly and helpful. The location was superb, within walking distance to key attractions like Montreal's Fine Arts Museum and Mont Royal Park. The dining options, while offering delicious and diverse Mediterranean dishes, lacked freshness and variety. Overall, the hotel provided a comfortable stay with a few areas for improvement.
